Sharing Gratitude!

Fall is here! In my opinion, we are in the middle of the most hectic three months of the year, from the first signs of pumpkins (to decorate and eat) to the use of lights (in menorahs and draped over trees). This is a time to share gratitude with friends and family. We do this in the form of kind words, sweet actions, and generous gifts.

I want to share gratitude for the community of professional Photo Managers I am a part of. Recently I had the opportunity to attend a course ‘Privacy Advocate Training’, and I am one of the newest certified Privacy Advocates. One of many takeaways, I am grateful to be in the state of California. I learned that California is only one of 5 states with any consumer privacy protection laws!

As things continue to roll out in the news, as you start the season of holiday online shopping, and (hopefully) participate in end of year giving, PLEASE, think before you click! Cyber criminals are getting more creative than ever to find ways to separate you from your money, spoof emails, and in general create chaos.
