3-2-1 Backup!

Let’s review the 3-2-1 photo-safety protocol.

Are you prepared for temperamental tech, natural disasters, or any of the other ways files can go missing?

To keep your files safe (and yourself sane), you should have 3 different copies of your important files (including your photos), stored as 2 different file type (example paper and digital) and in 2 different places, with 1 of these places offsite. Offsite can be in the form of cloud services, like Backblaze, or an external hard drive trusted to a close friend, family member, safety deposit box that does not live next door…you get the picture.
